EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY — Visitors to the Pasko in America Holiday Festival on December 6, 2025, at American Dream will have a chance to win a luxury tropical getaway to one of the Philippines’ world-famous islands—Boracay or Palawan. Astoria Hotels & Resorts is giving away two 3-day/2-night vacation packages valued at $500 each, including breakfast for two.
To enter, attendees simply visit the Astoria booth at Court A and fill out a sweepstakes form. The drawing will be held at 3 p.m., and winners must be present to claim the prize.
Astoria Hotels & Resorts will also offer an exclusive $99 promotional stay for U.S. residents, which can be accessed by scanning the QR code at their booth. Festival hosts will announce the promo throughout the day.
Now in its third year, Pasko in America (“Pasko” means Christmas in Filipino) celebrates one of the world’s most vibrant holiday traditions. The festival runs from 12 noon to 5 p.m. and brings together Filipino American communities from New York, New Jersey, and neighboring states for a day filled with culture, family, and holiday cheer.
This family-friendly celebration features children’s games, a Parade of Lanterns, Christmas choral performances, and special guest appearances. Admission is free, and organizers expect more than 6,000 Filipino Americans plus nearly 60,000 mall visitors to experience the festivities at American Dream.
A highlight of the festival is the parol, the iconic Filipino star lantern that symbolizes hope, home, and togetherness. Community groups and organizations are invited to showcase their own parols in one of three categories: traditional, eco-friendly, or modern.
